If you wish to permanently delete your FeisReady account and all associated personal data, you can do so at any time.
Delete your account in the app
Open the FeisReady app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
Your account and associated personal data will then be permanently deleted.
Can't access your account?
If you are unable to sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing:
support@feisready.app
Subject: Delete My Account
Please include the email address associated with your FeisReady account so we can verify your request.
What data is deleted?
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
Your account information
Your profile details
Your cloud-saved dance data
Your saved preferences
Any other personal data associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained only where required by law, to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Any retained information is kept only for as long as necessary.
