📦 Order Processing Time
We operate a processing time of up to 7 business days before dispatch.
This means your order will be prepared, produced (if applicable), and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This applies to all orders, including:

International orders

Made-to-order and print-on-demand items
Processing time does not include delivery/transit time.
🇮🇪🇬🇧 Ireland & United Kingdom Orders
Orders destined for Ireland and the United Kingdom are typically dispatched within 7 business days.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your shipment using the assigned tracking number.
🌍 International Orders
International orders are also generally dispatched within 7 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
📍 Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

📦 Split Shipments & Multiple Deliveries
Some items — including Crocs, Croc charms, tumblers, print-on-demand, and made-to-order products — are produced and fulfilled separately.
This means:

You may receive multiple packages

Items may arrive on different dates

You may receive separate tracking notifications
This is normal and expected.
An order is considered successfully delivered once tracking confirms delivery of each shipped item, even if items arrive on different days.
⏳ Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or on product pages are estimates only.
Delays caused by:

Postal or courier services

Customs inspections

Weather conditions

Peak periods (including Christmas)
are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds once an order has been dispatched.
📍 Delivered / No-Show Orders
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
No refunds will be issued for:

Orders marked as delivered

Missed deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
🚨 Lost Items
If an item is confirmed as lost in transit (no delivery confirmation scan), we will investigate the matter.
Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
